CST Inner Coating Degrading During the inspection of the south condensate storage tank (CST). a film of loose rust was observed on the floor of the tank. Additionally, the lower 6-8" of the tank wall exhibit corrosion through the coating of the tank.\\\\SIGNIFICANCE:\\\\- Degradation of CST.\\\\- Potential ingress of contaminants into the secondary system.\\\\CORRECTIVE ACTION: Operations and engmneenng personnel were contacted. Operations personnel cleaned the floor of the tank and engineenng inspected the tank.\\\\RECOMMENDATIONS:\\\\- Evaluate the condition of the tank coating for possible repair or re-coating.\\\\- Evaluate coating in north CST (T24 B) for similar condition as plant conditions allow.
