Should it be step 5 in the question stem instead of step 6?
No change. Step 6 is the correct step number. Step 5b is a continuous action step and is required to be performed any time it occurs.
Decrease value of RWST level in stem to make distracter 'D' more credible.
Response: Revised RWST level to 40%.
B010 Comment: Is it a valid requirement to know NK battery capacity? If so, improve documentation of requirement.
Response: Yes. Revised ES-401-6 for B010 to reflect objective and reference material.
B035 Comment: Revise distracter 'C' and answer 'D' to make it clear that the alarm would be received subsequent to the restoration of the misaligned rod.
Response: Revised 'C' and 'D' to clarify when alarm is received.
B053 Comment: Is the Containment pressure and rate of increase in the stem consistent with the remaining items in the stem?
Response: The Containment pressure information in the stem was not needed to support the question. Deleted this information from the stem.
