ACN The Court having reviewed the Debtor's Ex-Parte Application For Order Authorizing Compromise Of Claims Of California Department of Toxic Substances Control (the "Application") and the supporting Declaration of James Becker (the "Becker Declaration") filed with the Court by debtor in possession Pacific Gas and Electric Company
("PG&E"), and the Court having determined that adequate notice of the Application was given to parties in interest as appropriate under the circumstances, and good cause appearing
- therefor, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that:
- 1. The Application is granted; and
- 2. PG&E may enter into the Consent Order attached as Exhibit A to the Becker Declaration (the "Consent Order") with the California Department of Toxic Substances Control and consummate the settlement memorialized therein.
