EA 99-234 TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY' S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.71 1, TVA moves for a one-week extension of time through March 7, 2003, for the parties to serve their posthearing reply briefs in this proceeding. As ground for its motion, TVA would show that preparation of its brief is underway, but that trial counsel for TVA, John E. Slater and Brent R.
Marquand, will be out of town during portions of the weeks of February 17-21 and 24-28 and that a short extension is necessary to adequately complete its submission.
Counsel for the Staff has authorized us to state that they do not object to the granting of this motion. For the foregoing reasons, and without objection by the 1
