SUBJECT:

COLUMBIA GENERATING STATION - CORRECTION TO AMENDMENT NO. 182 (TAC NO. MB6684)

Dear Mr. Parrish:

On January 9, 2003, the Commission issued Amendment No. 182 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-21 for the Columbia Generating Station. The amendment was in response to your application dated October 22, 2002.

The amendment revised the administrative section of the technical specifications in accordance with Technical Specification Task Force, Item 258, Revision 4, "Changes to Section 5.0, Administrative Controls."

By letter dated February 4, 2003, the NRC staff issued a correction letter that reissued the technical specifications due to a reproduction error. In the January 9, 2003, amendment and the February 4, 2003, correction letter, page 5.7-5 of the technical specifications was omitted.

Enclosed is page 5.7-5. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Sincerely,

/RA by Drew Holland for/
