Davis-Besse Reactor Vessel Head Degradation Lesson Learned Task Force

SUMMARY

- NOVEMBER 20, 2002, PUBLIC MEETING ON DAVIS-BESSE REACTOR VESSEL HEAD DEGRADATION LESSONS LEARNED TASK FORCE REPORT On November 20, 2002, members of the Davis-Besse Reactor Vessel Head Degradation Lessons Learned Task Force conducted a public meeting to discuss the findings and recommendations in its report ("Degradation of the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Reactor Pressure Vessel Head Lessons-Learned Report," September 30, 2002). The meeting was held in the vicinity of the Davis-Besse site in Oak Harbor, Ohio. A list of meeting participants is Attached. The presentation used by the staff at the meeting is in the NRC electronic document handling system (ADAMS) at accession number ML030280481. The executive summary from the task force report was provided as a handout and is available in ADAMS at accession number ML030280448.
