A-53, A-100 The DAEC Security Plan is being revised to reflect a change in the Access Authorization Program concerning verification of military history, and to make other minor editorial changes. The changes have been made pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p).
This Security Plan Change (SPC-45) has been reviewed in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50. 54 (p). We have determined that the changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the DAEC Security Plan. A description of the changes is included in and our evaluation is included in Attachment 2 to this letter. The revised Security Plan is included as Attachment 3.
The attachments to this letter contain information of the type described in 10 CFR 73.21; therefore, they should be withheld from public disclosure.
