Point Beach Red Finding

Jennifer, "Concerns" were raised regarding two issues in the subject case. First, Rill decided not to include 2 examples previously included. As I understand it, this was no big deal since they didn't affect the outcome at all.

Second, an issue of how to treat old design issues in the ROP "popped" up - an SRM issued June 28 suggested the staff should consider how these issues were being treated. That, and apparently some verbal conversations Jim Dyer has had with senior management/Commissioners, gave him pause. I drafted a supplemental EN, still available on the G: drive right next to the original, that basically said the staff was not going to issue the action on or about July 3, and that we would send another EN when the issue was resolved.

That is where the story sits as far as I know, supplemental drafted, but not issued. I'd check in with Chuck and or Ken to find out what's happened since the afternoon of July 3rd.
