ARKANSAS NUCLEAR ONE - UNIT 1, ARKANSAS NUCLEAR ONE -
UNIT 2, AND WATERFORD STEAM ELECTRIC STATION, UNIT 3 -
RE: REQUEST FOR RELIEF FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE AMERICAN SOCIETY OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERS BOILER AND PRESSURE VESSEL CODE EXAMINATION FOR REPAIRS PERFORMED ON REACTOR VESSEL HEAD PENETRATIONS (TAC NOS.: MB5653, MB4290, AND MB4264)
The purpose of this memorandum is to place into ADAMS, the electronic mail sent to the licensee with the two questions from the technical staff (EMCB). While the licensee provided the responses which were clarifications, over the telephone, it was decided that the clarifications should be on the docket. The licensee sent the written response by its letter dated February 11, 2003.
