DAVIS-BESSE INITIAL LICENSE EXAMINATION CANCELLATION
Dear Mr. Myers:
We have received your letter (Serial 1-1297) dated December 20, 2002, in which you postponed the Davis-Besse Stations Initial Operator License Examination scheduled for the weeks of June 16, and June 23, 2003. We have removed the June 2003 Davis-Besse Station examination from the Region III examination schedule in accordance with your request. Since there was no proposed reschedule date included in the request for postponement, there are no initial license examinations currently scheduled for the Davis-Besse Station.
In accordance with 10 CFR Part 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
We will gladly discuss any questions you have concerning this action.
