Fitness for Duty Events Report for Period of July 1, 2002 through December 31, 2002 TEST RESULTS WCNOC performs random testing of the workforce at an annual rate of at least fifty (50) percent of the workforce in accordance with 10 CFR 26.24(a)(2). For the 2002 calendar year, random screens were performed on 55.13% of the Wolf Creek population.

Wolf Creek submitted blind performance specimens in accordance with 10 CFR 26, Appendix A, Section 2.8(e)(2), requirements. There were no reportable events.

WCNOC Employees There were no WCNOC employees that tested positive during this reporting period.

Contractors There were no contractors that tested positive during this reporting period.

Fitness For Duty (FFD) Program Changes WCNOC implemented NUREG 1600 during this reporting period.

Events Reported in Accordance with 10 CFR 26.73 WCNOC reported no events that were based on 10 CFR 26.73 criteria during this reporting period.
