RE: Haddam Neck DOCKETED USNRC The answer to what confounds CAN is simple: the re-sending of things to the Staff was done by someone else, after I had resent the files three times to CAN and two times to Ms. Clark, all without avail, and after I had been told by the IS people that further resending wasn't going to cure anything and (apparently) after I had left the office yesterday with a bad cold. In addition, I had been informed that the paper copies would be FedEx'd to CAN to arrive Tuesday morning, making any further attempts to accomplish electronic transmission moot.
