Complete Section A2: Correct verb description of Generic K/A 2.1.24.
Complete Section A4: Change section title to reflect titles in NUREG 1021.
Complete Admin RO Section A1: Changed K/A reference for the second JPM in A1 to 2.1.3. Also changed reference from the oncoming shift manager to the oncoming Control Room Operator.
Complete Section A2: Correct verb description of Generic K/A 2.1.24.
Complete Section A3: Deleted this JPM and substituted 2 questions from the 2000 NRC Exam concerning Radiation control.
Complete Section A4: Write 1 new question to replace the question about the activation of the TSC.
Complete RO Written Verified RO Exam Summary (Skyscraper) correct.
Deleted S from Generic K/A column heading.
Complete T2, GP3 K/As 1 and 2 very similar: Deleted #2 and selected a new K/A.
Complete T3, #3, #4, and #7: Identified by the NRC as possibly too difficult/SRO level K/As. Consideration was given to deleting these K/As, but it was decided that RO level questions can be written for these.
Complete T1, GP2, #9: 295017AK3.02 was initially deleted. At the suggestion of the NRC the deletion was reviewed and the KA was added back into both the SRO and RO outlines.
Form ES-401-10 has also been corrected.

Discussion was held with T. Stetka and he said our suggested question was OK.
Complete T3, #14: NRC suggested that 2.4.39 was not SRO only K/A. Will replace with 2.4.40 at the suggestion of the NRC.
Complete T1, GP1, #15: 295017AK3.02 was initially deleted.
At the suggestion of the NRC the deletion was reviewed and the KA was added back into both the SRO and RO outlines.
Form ES-401-10 has also been corrected.
Complete During the review of the outline it was noted that T1, G1, #2, 295003 had been partially replicated and placed in the outline as T1, GP1, #3. The correct KA has been replaced.
