§ 50.4, the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) hereby submits its response to the Order for Compensatory Measures Related to Access Authorization (hereinafter "Order") issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on January 7, 2003.
Pursuant to the requirements of 10 C.F.R.
§ 2.202, Enclosure 1 to this letter provides TVA's Answer to the Order.
NOTICE: to TVA's response to'this Order contains "Safeguards information."
Upon separation of Enclosure 2 to this response, this letter and Enclosure 1 to this response are "DECONTROLLED."

SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Page 2 January 27, 2003 to this response provides detailed responses to the Compensatory Measures which were transmitted as Attachment 2 to the Order.
These responses contain "Safeguards Information" as defined in 10 C.F.R. § 73.21.
TVA therefore requests that be withheld from public disclosure.
Upon separation of Enclosure 2, this cover letter and Enclosure 1 are to be considered DECONTROLLED.
