In addition please note that this notice of intent does not indicate that a final decision on the subject has been made.
This notice is being provided solely to assist the NRC in future budgeting and allocation of resources.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a)(4), NRC is requested to withhold this letter from public disclosure on the basis that it is privileged commercial or financial information. provides an affidavit to support this request as required by 10 CFR 2.790(b)(1). Attachment 2 provides a non-proprietary redacted version of this letter. If the NRC receives a request for disclosure of this information from any source, whether individual or government agency, or is otherwise unable to honor NMC's application for withholding, it is requested that the NRC notify NMC in advance of any possible public disclosure in order to provide NMC the opportunity to consider withdrawing this letter.
