Box 300 Seabrook, NH 03874 (603) 773-7000 January 16, 2003 Docket No. 50-443 NYN-03004 United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attention: Document Control Desk Washington, D.C. 20555-0001 Seabrook Station Notification of Changes to NPDES/State Surface Water Discharge Permit Number NH0020338 In accordance with Section 3.2 of the Seabrook Station Environmental Protection Plan, FPL Energy Seabrook, LLC hereby notifies the NRC of a change to NPDES/State Surface Water Discharge Permit NH0020338.
The change has been accepted by the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services as a modification to the State Surface Water Discharge Permit. The change transferred the Seabrook Station NPDES/State Surface Water Discharge Permit from North Atlantic Energy Service Corporation to FPL Energy Seabrook, LLC.
