U S Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attn: Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555 MONTICELLO NUCLEAR GENERATING PLANT Docket No. 50-263 License No. DPR-22 Submission of Revision 19 to the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant Security Traininq and Qualification Plan Pursuant to 10 CFR Part 50, Section 50.54(p), we are submitting four copies of Revision 19 to the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant Security Training and Qualification (T&Q) Plan. These changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the T&Q Plan. A summary of the changes to the T&Q Plan is provided.
The attachments to this letter should not be made available for public inspection and should not be placed in the public document room. As identified in our Revision 14 submittal, this plan is no longer considered safeguards information and is therefore being submitted without the safeguards markings. However, under the provisions of 10 CFR Part 2.790(d)(1), it is exempt and should be withheld from public disclosure.
