SUMMARY
The plant entered the reporting period at approximately 100 percent Core Thermal Power (CTP). At 00:08 hours on December 3, PNPS initiated a planned down-power to 44% CTP to perform a condenser thermal backwash. The reactor was returned to 100% CTP at 00:00 hours on December 4. At 08:40 on December 5 reduced CTP to 85% to perform control rod tests and to adjust the rod pattern. Power was returned to 100% CTP at 20:42 where it was essentially maintained for the rest of the reporting period.
