PALISADES PLANT, RISK-INFORMED INSERVICE INSPECTION PROGRAM PRELIMINARY MEETING HANDOUTS A meeting with Nuclear Management Company, LLC (NMC) to discuss the proposed Risk-Informed Inservice Inspection (ISI) Program for the Palisades Plant was scheduled for January 23, 2003. In anticipation of this meeting, NMC provided draft handouts (attached) to be distributed to meeting participants. On January 22, 2003, NMC canceled the meeting due to the unplanned unavailability of senior plant management to attend. The information contained in these draft handouts will not be used in the staffs review of the proposed Risk-Informed ISI Program until they are formally submitted on the docket. The purpose of this memorandum is to formally place these handouts in the public record for information.
