PERSONNEL ASSIGNMENT IN SUPPORT OF EARLY SITE PERMIT REVIEWS This memorandum is to inform you of the project management staff assigned to the three early site permit applications expected in 2003. They are:
Application Project Manager Backup Project Manager Exelon/Clinton Nanette Gilles (415-1180)
Michael Scott (415-1421)
Entergy/Grand Gulf Ronaldo Jenkins (415-2985)
Nanette Gilles (415-1180)
Dominion/North Anna Michael Scott (415-1421)
Stephen Koenick (415-1239)
Mr. Ronaldo Jenkins is the senior project manager responsible for general coordination of early site permit issues. Mr. Stephen Koenick is responsible for the resolution of regulatory infrastructure issues related to early site permits and for the development of a generic early site permit review timeline. Mr. Michael Scott is responsible for the development of the NRC review standard to guide the staff in review of an early site permit application. Mr. Jenkins, Mr. Koenick, and Mr. Scott can be reached at the telephone numbers listed above.
