This material consists of those items referenced in NUREG 1021, Operator Licensing Examination Standards for Power Reactors, ES-201, Attachment 2. The enclosed index denotes the contents of each box and provides a cross-reference to the ES-201, Attachment 2 listing. Any materials not included in this submittal were provided to Mr. George Malone of the NRC on his visit to Seabrook Station on December 5, 2002. Please note that the submittal consists of four boxes of materials that were shipped separately. Also, per previous discussion with Mr. Malone, all related examination bank questions will be submitted separately and referenced to the written examination sample plan items.
Additional materials requested by Mr. Malone are provided in electronic format and are also enclosed. The contents of each compact disc are included on the index. Mr. Malone has also taken possession of the simulator lap top computer containing all the required simulator materials per NUREG 1021, ES-201, Attachment 2 item 15.
