Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 Proposed License Amendments Administrative Update of Technical Specifications In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.90, Florida Power and Light Company (FPL) requests that Appendices A and B of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-31 and DPR-41 for Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 be amended to modify the Turkey Point Units 3 & 4 Technical Specifications.
The purpose of these amendments is to achieve consistency and improved content through editorial and administrative changes.
The proposed amendments consist of two parts: Administrative Changes and Editorial Changes.
The first part is correction of administrative errors to the Technical Specifications including equation reformatting, wording changes, and other clarifications. These administrative changes are made for consistency with previously approved Technical Specification Amendments, and other parts of the existing Technical Specifications document. The second part consists of an overall editorial change to the Technical Specifications document. This editorial change corrects typographical, spelling, numbering syntax, page break and font consistency errors, as well as removing blank pages and associated references. There are no substantive changes made in these Proposed License Amendments.
A description and justification of the amendments request is provided in Enclosure 1. The no significant hazards consideration determination and environmental impact analysis in support of the proposed Technical Specification changes are provided in Enclosures 2 and 3, respectively. provides the proposed marked up Technical Specification pages of corrections to the identified administrative errors. Enclosure 5 provides a clean copy of the entire reformatted TS document incorporating both the editorial and administrative corrections. FPL has determined that the proposed license amendments do not involve a significant hazards consideration pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92.

In accordance with 10 CFR 50.91(b)(1), a copy of these proposed license amendments is being forwarded to the State Designee for the State of Florida.
