Enclosed are 4 copies of the "Robert E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant Training and Qualification Plan for Security Officers" (Revision 8) dated December 19, 2002. The revised section of the Training and Qualification Plan is being submitted under the provisions of 1 OCFR50.54(p) as it does not degrade the security of the plant.
In order to facilitate NRC review, changes is described in a Synopsis of Changes and highlighted in the plan by a side-bar located to the left of the revised text.
