ARCATO Description of Condition:
NRC Monthly Operating Report for September 2002 was submitted to the NRC with some incorrect data. A revision is being submitted to document that the value of Net Electrical Energy Generated for Unit 2 in September was reported incorrectly. The value for Net Electrical Energy Generated for Unit 2 should have been increased by 100 MWHe for the Monthly, Year-To-Date, and Cumulative values Equipment Numbers and Reference Documents (tags, procedures, dravAngs,WOs, etc.):

NO Functional Failure? NO Is this an MPFF? NO Maintenance Rule Justification:
Data reported in the NRC monthly operating report is not included in the Maintenance Rule Scope.
Maintenance Rule Justification By: Josh Olson Date: 12/13/2002 Disposition:
Obtain Valid Documentation:
An investigation was performed by the performance engineering group to ensure that the correct values for generation were transcribed from the Electrical Logs to the Generation Log spreadsheet. All of the data is correct for September 2002 as reported in the Electrical Logs.
A root cause of the discrepancy in Megawatt reporting Is not known, however the most probable cause is due to an individual modifying the Generation Log spreadsheet after the September 2002 NRC monthly operating report was submitted.
As a corrective action for this deficiency, additional security has been added to the Generation Log spreadsheet to track all changes that are made to the speadsheet and document the user, time, and what changes are made each time the spreadsheet is modified Additionally a revised NRC monthly operating report has been submitted for September 2002.
