SUMMARY

OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE FOR NOVEMBER 2002 A. UNIT 2 MONTHLY OPERATING EXPERIENCE

SUMMARY

With the exception of short periods for routine maintenance and surveillances, Unit 2 operated at full power throughout the reporting period.

B. UNIT 3 MONTHLY OPERATING EXPERIENCE

SUMMARY

At the beginning of the reporting period, Unit 3 was in the testing phase of its extended power uprate. Unit 3 achieved its full extended power rating on November 10, 2002. Following completion of the power ascension, Unit 3 operated at full power throughout the reporting period with the exception of short periods for routine maintenance and surveillances.
