Gentlemen, I will be leaving the office today before noon. Regarding the coordination of the MC 0350 decision for Davis-Besse, please forward the following documents to Joseph Shea and Joseph Colaccino (cc me as well):

1. Memo from Dyer to Grobe establishing the 0350 panel

2. Sequence of external notifications/communications

3. 0350 basis document We plan on sending these items to the Commission (via C-note, maybe memo). All the Commission offices have been notified verbally of the current goals for initiating 0350 at Davis-Besse (i.e., panel memo today, followed by external notifications, and press release tomorrow). Furthermore, I have heard back from 4 of the 5 Commissioners...no objections to 0350. OEDO is still awaiting feedback from the Merrifield office (Joe Shea or Joseph Colaccino will follow up if I don't hear from the Merrifield office before I leave today).
