Thank you for your prompt response. The fact is, the feds do not think (admit) fouling is a topic of concern. Even the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards (ACRS) does not regard fouling as a topic of concern.

Of course, Sun Valley is downwind from the Columbia Generation Station, and fouling concerns me.
