Dear Mr. Darton:
In accordance with Condition 12.b. of the permit dated December 13, 2002, the permittee is required to notify the Northern Virginia Regional Office Director of the anticipated start-up date for the portable concrete plant at North Anna Power Station. Dominion is submitting this notification on behalf of the permittee, Becon Construction Company, Inc.
The anticipated start-up date for the portable concrete plant is December 24, 2002.
