This letter confirms the discussion between members of our staffs to discuss your staffs plans for expansion of the System Health Assurance Plan, as part of the implementation of NRCs Inspection Manual Chapter (IMC) 0350 Oversight of Operating Reactor Facilities in a Shutdown Condition with Performance Problems. The meeting will be held on December 23, 2002, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (CST) at the Region III office, in Lisle, Illinois. This meeting is open to the public.
We will gladly discuss any questions you may have concerning this matter.
