1 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the hearing previously set for December 23, 2
2002 at 1:30 p.m. pursuant to the Notice of Motion and Motion for Authority to Resume 3
Power Procurement, including Procurement of the Residual Net Short Position and to Incur 4
Post-Petition Secured Debt Related Thereto (the "Motion"), filed and served by Pacific 5
Gas and Electric Company ("PG&E") on November 20, 2002, is hereby re-set for December 6
20, 2002 at 9:30 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Honorable Dennis Montali, located at 235 Pine 7
Street, 22nd Floor, San Francisco, California.
8 PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the deadline for filing and serving 9
any written opposition to the Motion, pursuant to Rule 9014-1(c)(1) of the Bankruptcy Local 10 Rules for the Northern District of California, will remain the same notwithstanding the 11 change of hearing date. Accordingly, any written opposition to the Motion and the relief 12 requested therein must be filed with the Bankruptcy Court and served upon appropriate HOWARD 13 parties (including counsel for PG&E, the Office of the United States Trustee and the Official NEME1CVI c
