Quality Assurance Program (QAP) Topical Report - Millstone Power Station Revision 24, Change 2 (Document No. MP-02-OST-BAP01)
Enclosed please find Quality Assurance Program (QAP) Topical Report - Millstone Power Station, Revision 24, Change 2.
The change modifies QAP Appendices D and G. QAP Appendix D, was modified to clarify the definitions for "Audits" to be consistent with QAP commitments to ANSI N45.2.12-1977, and the definition of "Deficiency", which is not defined in ANSI standards, to be consistent with Dominion NBU practices. QAP Appendix G (Technical Specification Cross-reference) was modified to address Technical Specification changes approved by the NRC and issued as License Amendments #111 (Unit 1), #270 (Unit 2) and #212 (Unit 3).
Please note that the effective date of Revision 24, Change 2, is November 12, 2002. Please replace the entire contents of Quality Assurance Program, Appendices D and G with the enclosed sections. If you have any questions, please contact D. Bruce at X3185.
