MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME AND ENLARGEMENT OF BRIEF Pursuant to Ninth Circuit Rule 28-4, Extensions of Time and Enlargements of Size for Consolidated and Joint Briefing, the California Public Utilities Commission and the County of San Luis Obispo hereby request to join in a single brief, with the expanded page limit as provided for under this Rule. In addition, pursuant to Ninth Circuit Rule 28-4, the California Public Utilities Commission and the County of San Luis Obispo hereby request that the Court grant the Petitioners a 21-day extension in time for submitting its initial brief.
