("PG&E") For Order Authorizing Debtor To Pay Refunds To Customers For Pre-Petition Electric Tariff Rule 20-B Pole Removal Costs (the "Motion"), the Memorandum Of Points And Authorities In Support Of Debtor's Motion, and the Declaration of Rocco Colicchia in support thereof, any opposition to the Motion, the record in this case, and any admissible evidence and argument presented to the Court, hereby finds as follows:
A.
Adequate notice of the Motion was given to parties in interest as appropriate under the circumstances; and B.
There is good cause for granting the Motion.
Based on the foregoing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:

The Motion is GRANTED;
- 2.
PG&E is authorized to pay refunds to customers for pre-petition pole removal costs assessed under the California Public Utilities Commission ("CPUC") Electric Tariff Rule 20-B--Replacement of Overhead with Underground Electric Facilities in accordance with the CPUC's March 6, 2002 Resolution E-3757, as modified, a copy of which is attached to the above-mentioned Declaration of Rocco Colicchia as Exhibit A.
