VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY SURRY POWER STATION UNITS I AND 2 AND ISFSI NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS I AND 2 AND ISFSI PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN - REVISION 9 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2) and 10 CFR 72.186(b), Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion) submits the enclosed Physical Security Plan for Surry and North Anna Power Stations and the associated Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installations (ISFSls). This plan revision became effective October 17, 2002. A description and justification for the changes are included with the plan revision. We have determined that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
The enclosed material contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
