STEAM GENERATOR TUBE PLUGGING REPORT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION 4.4.5.5.A SALEM GENERATING STATION UNIT NO. 1 FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR-70 DOCKET NO. 50-272 PSEG Nuclear LLC hereby submits the steam generator tube plugging report for Salem Generating Station, Unit No. 1 as required by Technical Specification 4.4.5.5.a for Facility Operating License DPR-70. The Steam Generator Tube in-service inspections were completed on October 27, 2002 during the Unit I 1 5 th refueling outage.
The following is a summary of the tubes plugged during 1R15 as a result of eddy current inspections:
Steam Generator #11 -
8 tubes Steam Generator #12 -
11 tubes Steam Generator #13 -
12 tubes Steam Generator #14 -
2 tubes Salem Unit No. 1 Steam Generators' total tube plugging average is 0.404%
