CAUSE/CORRECTIVE ACTION/COMMENTS NARRATIVE REPORT El-2 At 2356 on October 15, Unit 1 was manually tripped due to a partially dropped control rod during control rod movement for flux control. After repairs were completed, the unit was synchronized to the grid at 1314 on October 17 and was returned to 100% power at 0242 on October 18.
