CAUSE/CORRECTIVE ACTION/COMMENTS NARRATIVE REPORT El-2 At 2356 on October 15, Unit 1 was manually tripped due to a partially dropped control rod during control rod movement for flux control. After repairs were completed, the unit was synchronized to the grid at 1314 on October 17 and was returned to 100% power at 0242 on October 18.

E2-2 At 2011 on October 28, the U2RF15 outage was completed and the unit was synchronized to the gria.
This refueling outage completion date includes an extension of approximately 17 days primarily to correct control rod problems encountered during control rod testing at the end of the scheduled outage.
