SURRY AND NORTH ANNA POWER STATIONS UNITS 1 AND 2 DOMINION POSITION REGARDING FUSE HOLDERS LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATIONS Dominion Letter No.02-360 dated July 25, 2002 stated the Dominion position to include fuse holders within the scope of license renewal consistent with the NRC proposed staff position in their May 16, 2002 letter.
Staff guidance on the fuse holder issue has not been finalized at this time. When the fuse holder final guidance is issued, Dominion will modify the existing Non-EQ Cable Monitoring Aging Management Program to address the requirements of the guidance.
Additionally, UFSAR Supplement Section 18.1.4, Non-EQ Cable Monitoring Program, will be revised for both Surry and North Anna to add the following statement.
"Additionally, upon issuance of final staff guidance regarding the aging management of fuse holders, this program will be revised to address the requirements of the final staff guidance."
