MODIFICATION NO. 2 TO TASK ORDER NO. 123 "DAVIS BESSE SAFETY SYSTEM DESIGN AND PERFORMANCE CAPABILITY INSPECTION (SSDPCI)" UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-03-98-021

Dear Ms Beckman:

This Modification No. Two (2) to Task Order No. 123 is issued to increase the level of effort because of the additional time that is required by each inspector to document inspection findings. As a result of this modification, the cost ceiling and obligation amounts are increased by $4,980.00, from $64,738.20 to $69,718.20. Accordingly, the task order is modified as follows:

"Task Order No. 123 shall be in effect from September 13, 2002, through October 31, 2002, with a cost ceiling of $69,718.20. The amount of $67,680.44 represents the estimated reimbursable costs and the amount of $2,037.76 represents the fixed fee. Modification No. 2 obligates

$4,980.00, and fully funds this task order."
