Darrell, You asked me if NRR was still on "parallel paths' for issuing the order. As it stands now, the staff has a submittal from FENOC that they are reviewing. The staff is now planning to meet with the licensee tomorrow at the licensee's request. The staff will listen to the licensee's position and review the contents of the submittal, and then have a staff position by Friday. If the staff finds the licensee's position acceptable, there will be no need for an order. If the staff does not find the licensee's position acceptable, the Office Director would issue the Order on Monday. The staff would then continue to dialogue with the licensee throughout the month of December and could potentially come to resolution prior to December 31st even after the issuance of an order.
