Dear Mr. Scalice:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. Paul Pace, of your staff and Mr. Peter Taylor, of this office on October 16, 2002, concerning a management meeting, Public Meeting Category 1, for December 18, 2002, at 1:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss Watts Bar plant performance and planned major projects, and is being conducted at your request. The location of the meeting will be at the Region II Office, Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center, 61 Forsyth Street, S.W., Atlanta, Georgia, in Suite 24T25. The meeting will be an open meeting in accordance with "NRCs Policy Statement for Enhancing Public Participation in NRC meeting", May 28, 2002. In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
