This will acknowledge receipt of your letter dated October 2, 2002, in response to our letter dated July 29, 2002, transmitting the subject inspection report. We have reviewed and concur with your comments on the inspection report. These minor changes to the report do not affect the overall conclusions; therefore, a revised report will not be issued. Instead, this letter shall document our acceptance of your comments.
