Hope Creek Generating Station Docket No. 50-354 Amendment to Facility Operating License License Change Request HO 1-04 The subject request was submitted to the NRC by PSEG letter dated August 20, 2002. The request proposes to modify the contents of Technical Specification Surveillance Requirement 3/4.8.1 AC Sources-Operating. The utility is requesting changes, to clarify and eliminate duplication in requirements. The changes are consistent with Standard Technical Specifications, NUREG-1433 Revision 2, for Emergency Diesel Generator Surveillance Testing.
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering has reviewed the request in accordance with the requirements of 1 OCFR50.91 (b). The State of New Jersey has no comment.
