SUMMARY
OF CHANGES Summary of Revision 22 to the Monticello and Prairie Island Offsite Nuclear Emergency Plan Revision 22 of the Monticello and Prairie Island Offsite Nuclear Emergency Plan incorporated changes necessary to implement the removal of the Headquarters Emergency Center (HQEC) from the Plan. Changes included removal of all responsibilities of the HQEC and references to the HQEC.
