Unit 2 Cycle 9 Core Operating Limits Report (COLR), Amendment 49 Exelon Generation Company (EGC), LLC, in accordance with LaSalle County Station Technical Specifications (TS) Section 5.6.5, "Core Operating Limits Report,"
is submitting a revision to the Core Operating Limits Report (COLR). The current (February 2002) LaSalle Unit 2 Cycle 9 (L2C9) COLR, dated February 2002, is being revised to implement linear heat generation rate (LHGR) and minimum critical power ratio (MCPR) limits, which incorporate control blade history effects and coastdown operation (core average exposure between 30,266.2 MWd/MTU and 31,242.7 MWd/MTU). Additionally, associated administrative changes have also been incorporated.
