Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attention: Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555-0001 Seabrook Station Supplemental Information to Application for Order and Conforming Amendments for License Transfer By letter dated May 17, 2002, North Atlantic Energy Service Corporation ("NAESCO"), on its own behalf and on behalf of certain selling owners - North Atlantic Energy Corporation, The United Illuminating Company, Great Bay Power Corporation, New England Power Company, The Connecticut Light and Power Company, Canal Electric Company, Little Bay Power Corporation, and New Hampshire Electric Cooperative, Inc. (collectively, the "Selling Owners")
- and FPL Energy Seabrook, LLC ("FPLE Seabrook") submitted an application to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission ("NRC") for an order consenting to the transfer of Operating License No. NPF-86 for Seabrook Station, Unit 1 from NAESCO to FPLE Seabrook. NAESCO submits this letter on behalf of FPLE Seabrook to provide supplemental information regarding the individual who will be filling the position as Site Vice President.
Upon closing of the sale and issuance of the Conforming Amendments for the License Transfer, Mr. Mark E. Warner will assume the position as the Site Vice President.
Mr. Warner has extensive experience in the nuclear industry and has served as a site vice president at both Three Mile Island and Kewaunee/PointBeach. Mr. Warner's resume is attached.
