OF CHANGES Summary of "Table of Contents - Record of Revisions" Rev. 8 to the Monticello and Prairie Island Offsite Nuclear Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures.
"Table of Contents - Record of Revisions" Rev. 8 of the Monticello and Prairie Island Offsite Nuclear Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures incorporated changes to:
ESP-NEP-2101 "Monticello and Prairie Island Offsite Emergency Response Organization" ESP-NEP-2103 "Emergency Organization Shift Turnover ESP-NEP-2105 "Communication Equipment and Information" ESP-NEP-2107 "Start-Up and Operation of JPIC" These changes were necessary to implement the removal of the Headquarters Emergency Center (HQEC) from the Plan. Changes included removal of all responsibilities of the HQEC and references to the HQEC.
Deletion of: ESP-NEP-2102 "Emergency Organization Records and Forms"
