Summary Of Monthly Operating Experience Unit 4 operated at essentially 100% until 9/13/02, when power was reduced to 20% to perform turbine valve testing and containment entry. Power was returned to 100% on 9/15/02 and remained at essentially 100% for the rest of the month.
