Enclosed is a correction to a NPDES monthly report form for the month of June 2002. A software upgrade in June 2002 required manual logging of data for later entry into the tracking software. An independent verification of data entry discovered not all data.had been entered into the system. The chlorination event for June 5, 2002 was entered in Sepriember 2002. The attached form for outfall 004 has been amended. No violations ocburred during this period.
