1 At 0001 on September 14, the unit was taken off-line for the fifteenth refueling outage.

CAUSE/CORRECTIVE ACTION/COMMENTS NARRATIVE REPORT E2-2 At 1648 on September 6, Unit 2 started derating from 100% power due to power coastdown prior to a normal refueling outage. At 1830 on September 13, with the unit at approximately 91% power, the unit was ramped down and taken off-line at 0001 on September 14 for the fifteenth refueling outage.

At 0107 on September 14, the reactor was shutdown and at 1813 on September 21 the core unload was completed. Normal refueling activities remained in progress with the reactor defueled through the end of September.
