Enclosed for your information is the synopsis of the NRC Office of Investigations (OI) completed report, conducted to determine if a Pinkerton, Inc., employee deliberately compromised a Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), Sequoyah Nuclear Plant (SQN) security officer entrance examination. The investigation did not substantiate the concern.
Based on the OI activity described in the synopsis, we plan no further action with regard to this matter. Should you have any questions concerning this letter, please contact us.
